I currently have a NC24 with a sunpod 150w and my light cycle is:
150w 12PM-8PM
White LED 8AM-12AM
Blue LED 24 hours a day
I was wondering what people how found to work best for their light cycle with a Sunpod?

of course- mine isnt a sunpod, but- seems to be best times of light cycle for what I have.

I don't think it's very important. Some people think moonlights help a natural cycle, but it's not proven. The moonlights don't do anything, and your tank doesn't need them.
I personally keep my 150w sunpod MH on from noon to 11 PM, and the moonlights whenever I feel like.

Personally, I dont think that the moonlights benefit the cycle- but, sure enjoy being able to see in that tank at night- being able to see all those little bitty critters in the live rock-
