Can you tell me if this fish is reef safe???

I don't think any puffer is reef safe. Almost all puffers nip at corals. Don't get one if you have shrimps in there.

I have a leopard toby puffer with bubble, open brain, and zoa corals and it doesnt bother them. however it will definitely eat any shrimp snail or crab you put in there

Puffers are hit or miss.
I wouldn't ever risk it.
