reeftankguy
I Just stick them in the tank!

What you do is up to you...
Markushka
I dont dip mine either, but I also don't have anything high-end. It's really up to personal preference.
organism
You may just wanna give them a good shake in a bucket of tank water, or FWE them for a little bit, but aside from flatworms chances are there's not much of anything on them smile.gif

Have you done this with dendros? Yes it would certainly seem its up to me in the end. Its just that Im, just hell out with it, I'm a fricken newb ok there I said it biggrin.gif this coral cost 250 smakers I just dont want this to be my first great tragedy if you no what I mean, Thanks for the advice.
organism
Oh, you for sure won't kill it by just tossing it in the tank, just temp acclimate first and throw that thing in there.

Thats what I have done with all my live stock... Even my Dendro's

$250??? Must have a lot of mouths to feed... Get ready cause they are Pigs!

EDIT: Like organism said... If they are in a bag just float it for 20 minutes then place them where you want

Whoa, you paid 250 for that? Your lfs paid no more than 45 for it. You gotta haggle them down next time. How do I know, my lfs shows me his invoice. Yah I haggle to that point I need proof. Hehe
Nemo Niblets
Johnny, not all fish stores pay the same. And 250 is a decent price, compared to most LFS's. And they're healthy too. Nice buy!

I just think the price is a little too high and if you can save a little here and there why not? I'm just recommending a more personal relationship with lfs and get a better deal. For example I just purchase 5 ultra scolly's and my lfs charge me only 40 each over his cost. If you live near me I'll get you that dendro for half that.

I know you cant see them all but there are 19 heads on this 9 of them are the size of 50 cent piece coins 5 are the size of quarters the rest are dimes & smaller. If you can dendros them for under $2.50 per head you must be sleeping with your LFS owner & you must be a real tiger in the in the bed the price you could get them for is grrrrrreat!!!!!! Seriously if your near L.A. tell me the name of your LFS & if not in L.A.give their # I'll pay for the shipping. tongue.gif biggrin.gif
nemmy
Its like 65 for 3-4 heads here!
Nemo Niblets
It's like 30 for a head here. ...

Sorry i'm not a sponsor or anyone doing this as a business. Just trying to spread the word and see if I can help others. I'll try to convince my LFS to deliver but as of now he's a one man show so the man power is not available. Here's the scollys I ordered, he only charged me 40 over his cost. average cost on each for me 160

I miss these two by seconds.

no store. He just forwards emails of whatever his distributor has that week and let me choose. If anyone is local just pm me and I'll help as much as I can. I just purchase my Miami and bpc flamethrower when I frag it I promise no one will pay 1k per head, I
just think everyone should enjoy these rare coral even if you aren't loaded.
Black Mark
my miami is all hype flamethrower is cool but no more than 200 a head.
