maybe a red head goby then? max size is about 2". They are rather small
or if you want something really small you could get a red striped goby.

A red head? I don't think those are shrimp gobies. If you could give me a link, I can decide if it is or not.

I voted for Hi Fin Goby.
Some others to add to the list are the magnificent Shrimp Goby, Steintz Goby, Blue Speckled Prawn Goby.

I was thinking, and it seems I will have room in my budget to get a yasha goby. But I think I will get a cheaper goby and then get sexy shrimp instead.
Still want to see favorites!

I had a randall's shrimp goby with a tiger pistol. It was relatively shy, but I liked when it would raise and lower it's dorsal fin like a flag.

In what size tank did you have your randalls goby? How big was it?

Can a keep a randalli goby with a copper cardinal fish and a green clown goby in my 12g nano cube? Or is that to much bioload?

It would be a stretch to keep 3 fish. 2 is a better number. I think the cardinal would do best in a group (in a larger tank).

I thought the randalls might be to big. 3 fish in my nano never caused problems. I don't feed too much as well.

I think I will get a wheeler's goby. It is inexpensive and a little different than other gobys. I already ordered it, too.
