I am about to place an order with Aquacave from some dry goods and wanted to see if anyone has had a bad experience. Please let me know.

I ordered some bulbs from them on 3/9, and as far as I can tell they still haven't shipped out.
Supposedly they send you an email when your order is shipped but I haven't gotten an email yet.
I'm really hoping there was some kind of glitch and they just forgot to send the email.
Was gonna call them yesterday, but couldn't get their site to load to get the phone #.
Will try again today.

I just got off the phone with them.
They were very nice, gave me a tracking#, and said the bulbs should arrive tomorrow.
Whew!!

I bought the MH HQI 250 Pendant and USHIO Bulb from there. Not an issue at all with there shipping.

Ordered a skimmer from there which should be here tomorrow. Item was back ordered and they called me to tell me and confirm I still wanted it. Really nice guys. Let you know how the skimmer arrives tomorrow.

I've only had good experiences with them- skimmers, bulbs, ATO, very good shipping prices too.

I was skeptical as well, but still made an order. I placed the order friday, it shipped monday and was here wed.
