hey guys/grls, this has probably been asked many a time... but.... i purchased two lovely false percs on saturday, and they are absolutely fine and i love them already! but in the morning they are very clumsy and slow... for about 5 minutes after i switch the light on... i have read that they do sleep... but is this behaviour natural? they are absolutely fine after 5 minutes.... and swim happily and eat fine! any help would be great, i am guessing it is normal but i just wanted to double check!

cheers

GT AQUATICS
thats completely normal. Every clown i have ever owned has done that

ok good, its quite funny but i was a little concerned! also, i ahve a torch coral, is this likely to hurt them if they decide to host it?

Nope. That's what my pair is hosting at the moment. Kind of annoying to tell you the truth, as my torch is never fully extended anymore.

ok! yeah i want them to host it because i think its awesome, but whenever they go near it it does retract abit... although they and it are getting a bit braver! cheers!
GT AQUATICS
they can damage and in some cases kill corals because of aggressive hosting so be careful

OK I will bear that in mind! thanks for the help! what is the best thing to feed them, i was giving frozen Artemia or something... what you suggest?
