I was wondering and I did look around but couldn't find an answer can I buy a already female clown(i can tell because she is big) and a male clown would they become a pair or no what is the percentage or changes?

yeah because i saw one in a seperate tank in my lfs

There is never a guarentee.....it really is hit or miss, and frankly, it is either a solid yes, or a WAY solid no. They love each other or hate each other.

Due note, to add the new one (especially if it is the smaller one coming in second), you will need to remove the exisiting one first for at least a couple of days....if you want to make it as peaceful as possible for the new one....

i havent gotten any of them yet just wanted to check here before i go buy them ohh and i dont have one in my tank yet i was going to buy them at the same time

Buying them at the same time is ok too bujt if yoyu don't have a tank yet I doubt those will still be around when you sare ready.
