I am very interested in getting par 38s, but most of the ones shown on the forums don't really mention the particular brand or any details of the base socket.

All the ones I have found are just a brass socket- I am looking for something nicer looking, like this:

go to lowes and just look, hehe its in the track lighting i dont have that fixture but i do have another fixture, but same track lighting as the one above, works great

I just begun my search also. What size tank and how many are you going to use?

There are some online sites that have a better selection than Lowes and better pricing. Just google track lighting.

Where did you find that picture? Those fixtures fit that bulb very nicely.
