Hey I have my first frag swap ever coming up since I skipped the previous because of tank problems. So I am wondering what should I expect? Also I have a 40b that only has two frags in it now so what some cheap fast growing frags? I have a 250w MH over the tank and am looking for some easy SPS what's the easiest?

Easiest SPS are Montis and Birdsnest.

Expect to have an insanely good time and find a bunch of nice frags for nutso cheap prices.
At least that's how it's been at all of the Frag Swaps I've been to, and I've to somewhere between 8-10 of them now.
If you can, take some kind of styro container to keep your purchases in til you get home.
It helps.

There are also usually raffles and if the local Reef Club is any good they will have drummed up some decent prizes.
The grand prize is usually some kind of tank, frequently an AIO.

Fast growers: mushrooms, xenia, anthelia, green star polyps.

Pocillopora are another easy SPS. For any SPS, remember to acclimate them to your light (i.e. initial placements near or on the bottom).
