I've got this API Triple Sulfa anti-bacterial medication that I wanted to use for my tank, but I cannot find any info on whether or not this stuff is safe for inverts and live rock. Has anybody used this stuff?

No, TripleSulfa is not safe for invertebrates or the tank in general (not supposed to affect nitrifiers, though). You will need to use it in a quarantine setup.
