not sure, but if it looks like coral it's probably eating it.

It could be anyone of hundreds of kinds of sea slugs. I would remove it asap, sea slugs are speicalized eaters and that may include any types of soft corals or sps. Some sea slugs or nudibranchs can reproduce in the aquarium. So to be on the safe side get ride of it, and I do not say that lightly. I do not believe in removing all hitch hikers, but when it comes to sea slugs or nudibranchs yes they have to go.

+1 to removing any hitchhiker nudibranches, especially if they appeared with a coral, which you should carefully inspect for any eggs.

I can't be sure from the pic, but it looks like an Arminid nudibranch. Googling it doesnt help much, since there are tons of different kinds of Arminids (and I may have also spelled it wrong.) I only know because I've seen a major problem with these before. They were found on clove polyp and proceeded to kill the colony, and once it was eaten moved on to other soft, leather type corals. I thought I'd share that to let you know to keep a very close eye on your soft corals. We found one, thought nothing of it, but once their food source died, there were tons of them. Turns out they were just hiding in the colony.
Also, that's a fairly large one, the others we found were much smaller.
