Does anyone have a link to a near-conclusive review on HOB skimmer/filter combos like the CPR Bak-Pak??? Please let me know! Thank you!

Looks like an amazing skimmer... but I am a broke college student and simply can not afford to spend more than around $100 on a skimmer/HOB filter (let alone $500+ for that sexy thing!).

Look into the aquaticlife mini 115. That should help you until you have enough money to buy a better skimmer.

I have a CPR-Pak and I would not buy another one. I've never seen so many bubbles in the DT. Salt is all over the new lights even with the air almost shut off. I don't think it's that efficent one way or the other. Although I may have found a soluation to the salt spray using a 2" PVC cap, maybe.

The cpr bak pak are horrible, but the cpr aeroforce is actually good. They got it right this time.
