Step 1:
Take the basket out of the AC70 and bend it and cut the 2 sides away from the bottom.
Step 2:
Take the bottom and place it over the out flow to make a grate to keep you Cheato in. Super glue that in place with Loctite super glue gel. I just glued down the 4 corners. Then take you silicone and silicon along both sides.
Step 3:
Cut the top off the 1st side of the basket right at the very top where the loop stick out so it is one flat piece. Then I cut the triangle pieces sticking out of the inside off with dremmel tool so my filter floss and carbon packs dont get torn. Insert this piece as if it was still part of the basket where the slit lines up with the thing that lock it in place. Then use your silicone to secure both side all the way up both sides.
Step 4:
Take the 2nd side of the basket and cut where sitting all the way down in the filter to the very bottom it lines up with the bottom of the grate put over the outflow. You can see mine goes right up to the grate in the picture above. Also sits right in front of the peg on the very bottom to help secure it in place. Super glue this in and silicone both sides and the bottom to prevent water from being able to get thru and forcing it to go over the top.
You might have to round the corners of the bottom of this section to get it to fit snug all the way to the bottom.
At this point this is what it should look like
And let that sit for at least 24 hours for the silicone to cure.
Then add water and I used filter floss in the bottom part of my filtration and a carbon filter pack for an AC30 on top of that and its a perfect fit.
