Just some images of my new inhabitants.

These guys are hard to photograph... not only are they tiny but they scurry so terribly fast.
Here are a few individuals that I picked for a quick photoshoot.

Enjoy

I have had a scarlet hermit for over 2 years now. I'm curious how long they live.
TFMANIAC
I'm not too sure myself... this group has been with me since november last year.
Marteen
Hermits in the wild can live 20 or 30 years, maybe not the micro hermits though, but I know large marine hermits can live quite a while. Remember they are social animals and like to live around other hermits as well.
TFMANIAC
that's pretty awesome
I do hope these guys stay on for at least a few years

Some new pictures I took an hour ago.

Despite hermit crab's annoying traits, I like them. I have a two micro hermits, and one is a red leg named "shellie". This crab was my first ever saltwater creature I bought, along with another I traded back a little later.

hey coool Hermit there. The longest living saltwater is also a hermit for me. Incidentally, it was also the first living thing I bought for my tank. He lives in the sump now, still kicking.
