Two setups are on my mind right now, the tank is a 36 corner, it will be sumped and all that. It will host 3 or 4 BTAs and some clowns, oh and some sexy anemone shrimp. The t5 setup is an 8*18 inch setup ( may not be exact length, it has been over a buddy of mines sps 10 gallon, I know it will need new bulbs i a few months or atleast before the nems go in. The other is simple 250 watt halide HQI or SE 20k bulb (icecap if DE, XM or Radium if SE). I want opinions, alot of you keep BTAs so really what I am looking for is an easy to look at tank for my little girl, and enough light to make the nems bubble up. Thanks in advance for your help.

T5s shoudl be sufficient. BTAs don't need very strong lighting.

Agreed. T5s will be plenty, assuming they have individual reflectors (or a good number of lamps).

I have been happy with T-5's for my BTAs.

BTA's however can be frustrating to keep. Kinda like a spoiled child.............

I keep mine under T5.

As for them "bubbling up", it may or may not happen, under any lighting.
I've seen multiple btas in one tank and some have bubbles and some dont. Same tank, same lighting. Its a crapshoot on if they keep their bubbles or not.
