I used the bottle trick with great success. I didn't feed my damsel the morning before it was to be caught and just put the regular flake I would feed him down inside the bottle. Sank the bottle to the bottom and came back in 10 minutes to a fish in a bottle!!
I never got to try it, but it was also recommended to me that you could try leaving the net in the water so the fish gets used to it. Do a feeding or 2 with the net in the water. After the fish doesn't think anything of it, feed above the net then snatch it out quick "Gotcha Bit**"!!!

The net thing is sort of how I caught my gorilla crab. I used a tong thing and fed him shrimp pellets every couple of days until he got used to it. Finally found him out on one of my rocks, prepped the tongs with a pellet, he moved toward it and I smashed him.
I would recommend the bottle thing and I agree with not feeding for a day or 2 before you do it.

Which tank? If that nanocube I'd just drain out most of the water, net the bastard and then put the water back in.

Try a smallest fly fishing hook you can and remove the barb and use a thin fishing line, bait with mysis and fish away.

I say you set up another tank and move everything else to the new tank. That will show that little bastage who is boss.
Seriously... the bottle trap works - it either isn't hungry enough or you haven't been patient enough.

Agree with the bottle trap. It will work. Don't feed for a couple of days and try again.
If that fails I find there is no problem that a suitable application of C4 will not correct! Or a nice belt-fed weapon. When in doubt, where them out!

+1 to explaining the bottle trap method a little better, maybe even showing some pics. I've never heard of it but I have a fish I need to get out of my tank soon.

Youtube how-to for bottle trapSince the damsel is a small fish you can use like a 20 oz bottle, that's what I used for my blue damsel. I actually didn't glue mine either, I used one of those 20 oz Kroger water bottles with the ribs. I made sure to cut down under the 2nd rib so it would lock itself together.

I was in the same boat. A $5 damsel was bullying the $15 goby I had just bought. Caught the little guy in 10 minutes in my Biocube 14 gal and gave it to my buddy with a 75 gal. That fish proceeded to swap roles very quickly... but is now very happy in its new home.
OP what are you going to do with the damsel once it's out? Hopefully give it to a buddy or back to the fish store. Don't just kill it please

Se will go to the LFS, I don't want her in any of my other tanks. All my other fish are worth too much to risk her killing them.

That was my big deal too, I didn't want to even touch my rock. If you've already moved your rocks around you're 90% there. I love how my rocks are placed and I know they will never look like that again if I touch them. Just set them out real quick and grab the fish with a net. Even better, do a water change and save your old water to keep the rocks in for the few minutes they will be out of the tank.
