Is this some type of a sponge? It's peach colored and shows some cracks in it.... LOL Pebbles (dottyback) is peaking out in the pic.

I've got a bunch in orange with the same cracks - yes it's a sponge.

Thank you Babe! That rocks! Okay, as long as there is no harm in my tank for hanving sponges growing?

Since this seems to be safe.... anyone love to trade colors? I am gang oh.... Okay, should I say, I am excited if anyone would like to trade colors smile.gif

Sponges are harmless. However, most hitchhiker sponges are cryptic species and not used to direct light, which can cause algae to grow on them. Hitchhiker sponges rarely grow to large sizes in captivity, possibly from limited food availability.
