el fabuloso
An old-coworker is trying to get rid of a bullying wrasse and was sweet enough to think of me. Except she doesn't know what kind of wrasse it is, just that it's blue and gray and about four inches long. She got it on video for me and here it is:

Any ideas? unsure.gif

Looks like a male bird wrasse.
el fabuloso
Really? Doesn't look like it has that long of a snout though.
kurtl000
Lunare maybe? Definatly not a bird wrasse.
el fabuloso
I was thinking lunare wrasse too although it doesn't have the coloration you would expect. But then it's kinda hard to make out in that video with the wrasse being all spastic.
Amphiprion1
Yep, Thalassoma lunare.
Jacobnano
My guess too, also called Lyretail I guess.
el fabuloso
Hm. I guess that's as close as it gets. In any case, I'll be getting it tomorrow for free. I'll be housing it in my RSM for a little bit until the 125g is ready.

It does look like a Thalassoma species, with T. lunare being the closest. Look here for more help (it's best to search for the genus name instead of scrolling):

Yep looks like a Lunar. I used to have one, still one of my favorite fish ever.

He seriously f'ed living things up though. He loved killing CUC's.
