Do any of you have any idea as to what this is? It looks like a small white leech of some sort.

I see what you mean, but I can barely make it out. Any way to remove it to a clear, shallow container against a dark background?

My camera resolution cannot really get a sharper picture unfortunately. Its also very small so I think I would probably kill it if I tried to move it at all.

Yes it is moving quite quickly.
