Put cheato in media rack, will any kind of light work. I saw some small ledlights at hd and wondering if they would work?

generally most small LED lights don't work. of course it depends what you mean by small. The simplest way to make sure youre getting enough light is to just use halogen. Some people use 10W, but i think some of those people wish they had 20W. I use a 25W halogen fixture i got on ebay for about $15 shipped and it works perfectly.

http://shop.mediabaskets.com/Underwater-Lights_c8.htmI have a single light in my middle NC12 chamber growing cheato, works very well, I will probably get the double version for my NC28 Quad when I get it going.

If in doubt (assuming you can fit it), many of the spiral compact fluorescent bulbs work well. Try to shoot for 6500K or lower to maximize the amount of PAR per watt used.
