Yeah, he is white with purple tips. His foot looks really good, so I was pretty sure he is healthy ans as he should be.
Just anytime something is white everyone says it's bleached.....

Sorry to tell you in this case it is true...

That is without a doubt a beached bubble tip anemone. I have never seen a sebae with bulbed tips like this one displays. What kind of lighting do you have it under, looks like atinic. Post a photo under daylight. Google Sebae than bubble tip anemones, see for yourself.

Looks like a fine Purple Tip Sebae to me. Probably a little aggitated, but it looks healthy enough.

Distinguishing Charateristics of a Sebea anemone: Dull colored base, column is tough and leathery with promminent adhesive VERRUCAE.

The Reef Aquarium Volume two: by Julian Sprung and J. Charles Delbeek.

What you have appears to be a bleached BTA. It will probably regain some color with routine feedings and the proper lighting. BTAs have a good reputation for making a come back with the proper care.

The pink column and the obvious bubble tips are charateristic of a Entacmaea quadricolor ( BTA ).

He's pretty high in the tank, and the lighting is stock pc in my Nanocube.

I also concur. Looks like a bleached BTA. As I've had a few BTAs in my day...I know what a bleached one looks like...and while it has a nice size, still rather unhappy at the moment. If it were me, I'd probably feed it mysis twice a week and place it high enough in the tank directly under your lights. Also make sure that your PC lights are less than 6 months(ish) old...after that, they start to lose some of their power and feeding alone won't help your nem.

And yes, with proper lighting and feeding...it will make a fine recovery! My current rose lost half its size to a koralia and is 95% of its original size now...so they can make amazing comebacks!

Yeah, I'll keep him high in the tank, if he'll stay there that is. I just fed him half a Silverside........took it all in. I'll help him to be happy again.

Great to hear it's eating, you could soak the food in selcon or zoe to boost nutrition. As mentioned they can recover but it is a long slow process.

Good to know, he actually got just a bit more color after he ate too.
