Just went to GC fish and reef again in Centereach and he had Banggai Cardinals for $15 and Firefish for $12. And nice frags picked up a purple Ric Yuma today. Unfortunatly those things are a pain and detach when they're not happy. I just hope it reattaches and pulls its guts back in. Theyre coming out of his foot right now.

Did you notice if he had any Kole tangs? I have heard alot of nice things about the store and have yet to make it out there. I like Tropical Island on Deer Park Ave Have you been there yet?

I can walk to Tropical Aquarium from my house. Is GC about the same size?

No kole tangs that I noticed, bunch of other tangs on the cheap though. Never been to tropical island.

I went to Tropical Island Aquarium today, and all i have to say is WOW! they have quite a good selection of corals, good prices, all healthy and good quality. i will definitely be shopping there...

from what i saw, tropical island has a better selection of corals, but a mediocre selection of fish and inverts. Does GC fish and reef have an overall good selection?
