I couldn't find a regular feedback thread, so here it goes.

I ordered some snails from John last weekend and they arrived yesterday. Great customer service!!!! I ordered something I didn't need and John let me know and swapped it out with a different item. Maybe I should say items, because he hooked me up. There were only a couple DOAs. Which is fine because the Nassarius snails he sent got a snack when they got here, and he sent me about double what I ordered.

Overall, a great experience. THANKS JOHN!

Just received another order today from John. Ordered some macroalgaes. fuzzy chilton , netrite snails, and a bunch of dwarf ceriths. I think I ordered like 60 dwarf ceriths and John sent like 200. Tks. again.
