What is the easiest shrimp to breed and raise?

theres a thread on reef central of a woman who bred and raised sexy shrimp. i believe she said it only took 3 months for the hatchlings to become sexually mature and you can raise them off live bbs from birth. the post was started in 05 but its the only helpful thing i could find on breeding and raising sexy shrimp

My peppermints spawn regularly. I have never tried to raise them though, I think it would be possible with food the appropriate size. I posted a video here somewhere.
