I just ordered a drilled 65g yesterday and built the sump last night. I used a 20H AGA, acrylic cut at Lowes, and Silicon II to secure the baffles.

Here is my original sketch:

Here is the finished product:

Nice, I am building one as we speak in the same tank for my 26G bowfront. Mine is very similar, except I didnt use the bubble trap between the return/refuge.

What kind of hardware are you putting in there ?

I think I am going refuge on the side, fed from a tee'd return in the middle.. I have a mag 5 return pump, and only 5ft head & a 300GPH overflow so I will need to be able to divert some of the water back.

I am doing the pump on the left, a fuge with egg crate for frags w/ light in the middle, and the sump/return on the right. I have not even begun to think about pump/skimmer yet. Can you recommend one for a 65g with corner overflow?

I am putting it in the right chamber where the return is.

bad idea...
put it in the left with the drain line...
let the baffles do what they are supposed to -> stop bubbles

OK, that makes sense.

I went with a bubble magus mini pro.. Says good for up to 70G, but with sump volume in, you might want to go with the NAC-6
