In the past I also used Salifert, though not sure what I'm going to buy this time around yet. . .

I have used both. Seachem one is more complex they both have pros and cons.

I ended up with the Elos kit, but it was by default. Go for salifert, I am going that route when it is time to buy again.

Salifert is the best but also the most expensive.

I couldn't find Salifert though that is the one I wanted (just ran out last week) so I got the Seachem.
Will do the reference and then a test. Might be a good kit. Didn't know it had a reference with it. I guess can be used as a calcium reference too.

I have the Elos kit.

Never used the Salifert so I have no first hand side by side.
