As the title says, I have 6 (six) different ballast for sale. All were tested working and in good shape, low hours, a few brand new! Prices are shipped to the cont. 48.

1: 250w ARO Electronic MH Ballast: $75 paypal'd & shipped
Same as this model. I have never used it, and the guy before me ran it only for 5 months before I bought it.

4: 2x Sunpark 65w CF ballasts. $75 for both
These are able to power 2 bulbs per ballast, so you could get a 4 bulb retro out of these 2 ballasts. These also have power cords wired up to them, same ballasts as found here:

Will trade all/part of the above towards a 36" 4x39w T4 setup, preferably a nicer one. Will obviously put cash on top of my ballasts. Thanks for looking everyone.
Crackerballer
Prices too high? No one need ballasts?
Crackerballer
Prices are negotiable. Will also trade for a 36" 2 bulb T5 setup, like the Coralife Aqualight.

Yea man, my first item is a 250w MH ballast that will power that thing. Should run well.

UHHHH somebody else is selling an Icecap for 5 bucks more, I'm gonna have to think on this. I'm not real familiar with any brand other than Icecap.

No problem. Do a search on ARO, they are a reputable company.

ARO is a great company,
they are right up there with IceCap.

I really appreciate your opinion, I have been in the hobby for a good while just never been a forum person. This may sound dumb but how would I go about hooking that ballast into my Odyssea fixture. External I hope, do I just hook up the wires or should I try to splice the old connector off the odyssea ballast. I don't mind condemning the ballast for the cord. They do have good reviews and anything is better than what I've got.
Crackerballer
Frank. It is literally a 3 wire deal. Should be able to mount the ballast externally if that is how the odyssea is already hooked up. The cord that runs into the fixture right now should work just fine! PM if you want more details.

2: Brand New 150w Sunpark Electronic MH ballast $75.
This is the ballast used in Sunpod/Outer Orbits. You may be able to use this and a new bulb holder to convert a 70w sunpod to 150w. NO PROMISES, I HAVE NEVER DONE IT.

Just FYI it will work- I switched out the 70w to a 150w ballast in my 16.5 inch SunPod. Very easy to do if you can install a car stereo this is a piece of cake. I even used the same bulb holder-just cut it in the middle and adjusted so the 150w bulb would fit. Biggest issue is getting the thing mounted in the SunPod- only 2 of the 4 screws lined up.

Free bump and Info on the upgrade.
Crackerballer
Thank you cldormer! There you go reefers, upgrade your 70w to a 150w!

Still available. Would trade some of the ballasts towards a Koralia Evo Nano or MP10
