I have placed several orders from reefs2go and all have been excellent. I live in FL so you can't beat the free shipping on anything. With any online fish order unless its WYSIWYG, you cant be sure what your fish is going to look like so can't really be upset over anything that doesn't look as expected. As long as the fish are in good health then no worries. On one of my recent orders, I had one fish loss before 24hrs. I contacted them through email and got a response today, a sunday, stating that they would issue a credit for the loss. I can't ask for more. HTH with anyone dealing with reefs2go.
