i just got my moded ac70 up today. so happy with results. i fit my heater inside of it and got some free calaurpa from my lfs. also got some poly pad in the first chamber. i fitted a 6500k light on it and need to know how long should i run the light for? i dont really want to run it 24/7 it just doesnt seem natural for me. so is 14 on 10 off good. thats how long i run my tank lights. or should i run them on a different schedule?
thanks in advance.

It's really up to you, but I would recommend 24/7 to maximize algae growth. Honestly...nothing about nano reef is natural so don't worry about that philosophy. Two options for refugium lighting is either 24/7 or on reverse to your DT light.

Do you have pictures of your mod? I'm looking to do something similar.

Thanks.
