I ordered a 96W CF bulb and a CO2 injection kit from these guys 10 days ago. The package came in today. Took 5 days to process my order and 5 days to ship. Package was missing the CO2 kit!!! Light did not work!!! I could hear something loose rolling around in one of the bulbs. Tested balast coils with ohm meter...tested positive. I havn't had a chance to contact them to fix the problem so I cant say whether these guys are good or bad to deal with. However I can say that their first impression was NOT a good one. $140 for basically trash. I can live with a getting a faulty bulb, coulda happend to anyone. But the missing CO2 kit was a real dissapointment.

I'll update this after I talk to them about making things right.

Usually it works best to do that before posting deleterious rants on internet forums.

I agree, my apologies. I think anyone who has faced a similar situation can relate. I finally was able to make contact thru email (they were apparently having phone issues) and have been able to communicate with them at the rate of one email per business day. There was alot of questioning about the balast but I think I'm finally going to get a new light shipped to me. The CO2 was on back order but was not listed as such. It should be shipping within the week.

Overall impression is still that they are not very effecient. The bulb was minimally packed compaired to orders from elswhere.

Recieved my replacement bulb today...broken...again. Poor packaging. Still no phone cantact. Email tho.

They're sending a third bulb (replacements=no cost), CO2 finally came off backorder and is being shipped.

Got my 3rd light (working) and my CO2. Never was able to reach them on the phone...frusterating. Although they did keep sending me replacment lamps. What a hassle.
