Hey Everyone, These are my first pictures of my reef since it's been up running which was over a year ago. I'm quite interested in seeing what others think as I would like opinions as this was my first 5 minute photo shoot with my reef. Any help is greatly appreciated as well as what to keep doing and what to stop doing. Also does anyone know of a good website to host images at, as in create a photo website not a photobucket or flickr?

Well here they are:

Not a bad start! If you post the settings for each shot, it'll be easier to instruct you.
The first two (and possibly the third) have issues with DOF (depth of field). Top-downs are tough. And all of the shots need white balance corrections. My camera is always set to auto white balance, but color correction is sometimes necessary and can be done in post processing. Gimp is a good free photo editor to use. Also, if you haven't read Jer's article, do so: http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=190521

looking good! +1 to Lalani's advice. what camera are you using?

also, as you know I use smugmug for my pics. there are probably lots of options though - i'll let others weigh in.
