What is the difference between the more expensive xp-g r5 and the xr-e cw q5?

the R5 are more efficient i think 139lm at 350mA (about 1 watt)
Q5 are the older versions is about 107lm

also the XP-G has one more die then XR-E so a bigger surface area will increase the light output.
