Would either the 403s or 453s simulate the moonlight? I don't need additional lighting for my corals except I like to have to blue moonlight on by itself once in awhile. I have a 29g biocube and the 3 LEDs just don't light up the entire tank.

I would think that actinic lighting is usually too bright for moonlight. It would work well for dawn/dusk cycles though.

I picked these up at my lfs for a great deal i picked up the 8000k white and there perfect par number are compaired to just under A 150 W METAL HALIDE
There is no way 1 stunner strip comes close to the par of a 150w mh. I have stunners and like them but lets be realistic. Even if you got all 6 stunners that can be driven with 1 transformer I'd still consider them as supplements unless on a very small tank.

Yes, too bright for moonlights. I installed two of these on my sunpod to create a dusk/dawn effect, looks awesome, the greens really fluoresce and the even the reds as well.

I used the 403 nm stunner as an end of the light cycle moonlight. I only let it run for a couple of hours.

do you think 1 453nm would work on a BC29, would the stock PC lighting overpower it? Is two of them a better option?

I am going to have to disagree with the 9/10 rating for the strips, i purchased a 12.5" magenta, white, ultraviolet, and blue and magenta strips (4 total) as the "ultimate upgrade" for my BC29. I also purchased the 4 reflectors, inline dimmer, 4 way connector with switches, and a 24 volt transformer. I completely gutted the hood, cleaned everything, and installed the 4 strips in the splash gaurd and removed the PC"s and the Actinics. With the total cost for my set coming in at $288 i thought, "wow this was the absolute WORST purchase i've ever made, such a waste of money". I would rate the strips a solid 2/10. Seeing how i had to tear the PC's, Actinics, and fans out to install the strips, i cant figure out how to reinstall all the stock wiring and i also had to cut the Actinic and PC wire to completely remove them from the hood, so in the end i am left with a peice of sh*t lighting system that i am extremely unhappy with, but i heard the panorama pro modules were pretty good. I am going to do everybody a favor before you buy an extremely crappy, waste of money, light system, or even just for support. The different strips have different levels of brightness and look very cheap and ugly. In conclusion i would rather not have lights at all! Dont buy them, they SUCK!!!!

As a SUPPLEMENT to your main lighting, which is what they are designed for, they are a good product. Do not try to use them as your main lighting though. They are not bright enough. I just added a Magenta/453 and a 403 UV to my BC29, and only removed the moon lights. The pair, with reflectors fit perfectly between the PCs. No, they do not make a big difference, but the color is definitely better in my opinion.
Sorry about the quality of the iPhone pics, but here is them installed:
