small strain rotifers are ready to go and this time i will be using a density of 10-20 rots per ml. Last time i used 30 and was advised to lessen the quantity. Lets see how it does

Dude... what is going on with your rotifers? Do you know why they crashed or does it have something to do with the strain that you are using?

this weekend i will be moving the fish. I am setting up a 30 gallon tank with a divider sump skimmer uv whole nine yards. The blennies and clowns started fighting asnd i need a more suitable system with a bigger skimmer and more water volume. I expect them to not lay for a few weeks sostay tuned

ok stand is built, tank is painted, baffle is in, tank is drilled, and picked up the skimmer. All i need to do now is get my sump and plumbing parts and it will be running by friday. woo hoo.

do you sell pairs of blennies. i want that.

yepp, just have to focus on different foods. I just got a fishing kayak and now i can go into the bay with my plankton net and collect all kinds of goodies as far as food for the blennies

none this time around. Got them to 7 days and they died again. Waiting on next batch to get laid.

made the switch into the breeding system today. I transferred the blenny eggs over to the new setup with the blennies. So far the male took right back to the pot and hasnt eaten the eggs yet....ill post pics tomorrow evening.

here is the most recent batch hatching tonight but i have no small rotifers so they will become one with the breeding system.

still on the hunt for ss rotifers. I ordered from 3 different places and i got a call saying they were out of stock. This is driving me nutz!!!

too expensive and it requires alot of attention to water quality. I would have to bang out 3-4 w/c's a day at least. Christosclowns found me some ss rotifers so hopefully i can get them next week. Also new batch of phyto gets here tomorrow (thursday)
