Bio_Borg Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 Since I have zero electrical experience and a DIY project for me would either end in a house fire or electrocution, I've been looking for a suitable commercial alternative. The Ecoexotics are said to be too weak, and the AI's are ridiculously expensive. So has anybody tried out or seen Pacific Sun? They seem to be getting great reviews, good par readings at decent depths, and the price is right. The bluetooth based software controls are pure *drool*. I know they are only 1 watt leds, but their par readings are great.
