tank look'in great!

Thanks! Now I just need some grow out. I figured out today that I've had my salinity way too high for years and I think that might be why I don't get as much growth as I'd like. I've dropped it down now so we'll see...

I came home from the beach this weekend and my acans are all showing their skeleton beneath their mantels and there is a ton of cyano on the back wall. My orange ricordia looks shriveled up too. I'm going to do a BIG water change tomorrow and hope that helps.

On the bright side, I got 2 great looking macros at the beach and a gorgeous orange gorg washed up in all the rough surf from the tropical storm we had.

I did a 25 gallon water change and I'm running some carbon now too. Everything already looks happier!

I hope its not too late to save my acans and my orange ricordia.

I had dropped my salinity slowly over the course of a week, but I think I dropped it too low. Also, my phosphates were .5 and my nitrates were 20. I was starting to get quite a bit of cyano, so I sucked up a bunch of that and cleaned everything really well.

We'll see...
