I can't find aquamend ANYWHERE locally. I found a product called "Waterweld" at walmart but it doesn't have any ingredients listed on it. Is it reef safe?

probably not. most other epoxies are toxic. don't any of your LFS's carry epoxie?

yeah, for $30.......

I wouldn't risk it. If you need it right now, just spend the $30. If you can wait a week there are lots of online options. e.g.

if you are talking about the one made by j.b. weld. i have used it lots!! Its now the only one i use because it doesn't cloud the water and make my skimmer go nuts like all the others!!

If this is the one you are thinking of....

It says it is potable (meaning I could mold it into a cup and drink out of it) But would still like to hear a few more posative responses before I use it.

Did you use the waterweld, any update?

Ok, as long as I didn't resurrect it lol. Next time Google waterweld MSDS. The only thing that'd worry me is the zinc sulfide that's in it.
