Well I had emailed cadlights the other day for a quote on some custom tanks and they emailed me back and said they have a new system called the Artisan. I don't know if any of you have heard of this yet, but its up on their website now, looks pretty sweet to me.

But it does have starphire, a skimmer, and Metal Halide w/ T5 lighting. KILLER.

Than we should be expecting a build log of this correct? biggrin.gif

Has anyone seen posts of one of these set up yet? I know several people on NR ordered them, but haven't seen any pictures or build threads...

They shipped out 8 days ago so someone should have one by now.

That's really cool. Do you think they will eventually make a larger reef tank line (non-custom) like 120 gallons and so forth?
nu_beta_2016
Agreed...they were supposed to ship on the 5th. I must admit, I've been checking here and at RC every day for someone to post a few pics, but no luck yet. I'm interested in getting one, but want a few close-ups of the glass work, some info into how loud these run, and some thoughts on the setup as a whole.

Those of you out there with this tank...don't hold out...share the love with us dreamers.

I had a pre-order for this tank, but they weren't able to ship it out on the 5th because UPS wouldn't pick it up because it was oversized. So they had to switch carriers and put it on a pallet. I should be receiving mine today.

I'm interested to see one wet as well...If I was to buy one, I would only buy the tank and build my own sump. The CAD sump has limitations IME.

What a sweet setup!
