Where is a good place to buy coldwater/temperate species of fish? I'm thinking of starting a biotype.

I'm not sure about temperate specific species, but two of the better marine fish vendors are:

I agree that Live Aquaria rocks, that's where I used to buy everything.

Hmm, I didn't hear that. The site says that they are taking a break and making improvements.

what kind of set-up... mainly for fish, macroalgae/kelp, anemones/coralimorphs?

what size tank and temp range?

I have any there is not much info. One link is broken and the other is not what I am looking for.
Probably a Cali set-up no heater, live sand, live rock, pc lighting (100watt), 10 gal, power filter. Livestock would probably be some gobies, snails, hermits, anemones, and coralimorphs.
