Does anyone here only use the stock pump with no supplemetyal water flow in their cube? My cube is only running stock pump but as I see it, for mushrooms and other lagoonal corals it almost seems as if it's enough flow--is anyone not using extra movement or is the consensus that it's pretty much mandatory...

You need more Flow! Flow! Flow!
Like Mr.T said, it is better for the tank inhabitance and keeps your sand bed and rocks clean and puts the
detritus where it belongs... In the filter floss!
I dont even have to clean my sand bed after adding my Vortech but have to change my floss daily!

I have a penguin powerhead replacing the stock pump. It's their 1140 model. I have a hydorflow on the outlet for randomness. I also have a K-nano on the right side, mirroring the hydorflow.
