HI

As you already guess, i wanna make a LED fixture, BUT i already got confused by all the info xD

Can someone load up some pictures of the components needed for a LED DIY fixture

And before i forget the main question this topic was created for , which kind of leds,bla,bla and bla( ^^ wink.gif ) i need for my 17G aquarium ( 15.7" cube)

Take a read through the many LED projects (list is stickied at the top of the forum). There are many pictures of all the parts you will ever need.

As far as the number of LEDs that would be suitable for your tank, I'd say go with a 5x4 arrangement (20 LEDs, 50/50 cool white and royal blue), with the LEDs on 2" centers and rows 3" appart.
