I think he posted on the threat that he was looking to frag it since there was so much interest.

I think I'm in line for one polyp, good luck with the sales!

At least give the polyps time to heal before shipping them out. Talk about stress. ohmy.gif

@ Nemo
The pic is from zoaid.com didnt know it was an issue to use the pic from the CoralPedia, if it is I will gladly take it down.

@fiction
They will not be sent out the day they are fragged. Just taking advance requests as I do not want to frag it up with no sellers.

My advice - frag it up now, and then in a week post what size frags you have based on how the rock its on crumbles, and I wouldn't scalpel the tissue, just cut the rock/tile so it crumbles, and then scalpel the flesh thats still holding the fragments together from the underside.
Purple Hornets are extremely delicate and do not frag well at all, especially if you're trying to get a bunch of 1 polyp frags.
Just my 2 cents.

what's the lineage on them?
bpaston
I am tracking that down as we speak, I will update the thread once I get response back from whom I purchased them.

Well I found that lineage of these hornets came from Christopher Leena, and purchased off ebay as a 4 polyp frag that was purchased by Shan Hefley.
