My friend kind of wants to take down his tank under the right circumstances, which would be that I need to take everything and keep them. He would give me a Tail spot Blenny, two four striped damsels and a colony of zoas. Right now I just have two False Clowns and a CUC. This would max out my fish. I am very tempted to take them, but damsels make me nervous. I have repeated read that they are aggresive fish and to stay away from them. He tells me they do not bother his Blenny. I just wanted to hear some opinions on if I would have any issues with this stocking list.

Hmm, from what I've seen they're mean little buggers, but I'm not sure how everything would work out if you dropped them into the clownfish's territory.

Have you seen the fish for yourself, or watched them for a bit? Every time I've ever seen two together, one was giving the other hell. But I've heard that damsels may pair off sometimes, so if that's the case that may lead to some conflicts as well...

::edit:: Also, don't "ditch" them if you don't want them. Stick the words "free" and "fish" together and you're bound to have takers happy.gif

I have not seem then in action to much. They are in a 12g AP right now. When I have seen them they seemed to get along with each other. I would ditch them if I could and offered to even take them to a pet store myself to get rid of them, but he is attached to them and doesn't want to just get rid of them. He will just keep them. If I take them I really can not get rid of them, unless it is catastophic and I would rather avoid that.
