Mr Coral is in Frederick. It's about an hour from Baltimore. If you catch him when he has a sale you can really clean up. My brother in law went there with $100 and got 2 different kinds of acans, 2 different brain corals, GSP frag, frogspawn and three different kinds of zoas.
House of tropicals is in Glen Burnie but they are really expensive on cheap and common frags. There is a place on Georgia ave right inside the Washington beltway called Tropical Lagoon. His selection is ok and his prices are good. Once he gets to know you he will hook you up with good deals. I always get a free frag when I get something. That's were I get alot of my stuff from. If your looking for some type of acan he is likely to have it.
Pacific East is really nice but kind of a hike and pricey.
I've just started stocking my tank with zoas. Hopefully I'll be fragging in a few months and I can hook you up then if you want.

Mr. Coral, Exotic Aquatics, Pacific East, Aquarium Depot (ew...), House of Tropicals, Sea Save, and people through WAMAS are all options. Definitely check out exotic if you haven't, they have some pretty good stuff.

+1 Mr.Coral but it's like the Block - don't go unless you bring some cash cause it's no fun just watching
+1 CMAS - got a $79 rare Aussie coral for $1 raffle ticket at the last meeting- also picking up a few free and cheap frags from members to fill out my newer tanks
+1 Coralmorphologic.com -Colin's got the best prices on amazing Zoa/Rics

eh, be careful of sea save, they have ripped a couple of people off. Getting Frags from your fellow reefers is your best bet.
