Comes in box. I would use it for a 20 Gallon and 30 Gallon prop tank.

Is it worth it, or don't waste my money?

its not bad, they overflow all the time though, so be careful. there's a bunch of huge CSS mod threads on reefcentral you should check out.

I'm currently using it on my 55g reef tank for 3yrs now and it pulls out alot of dark skimmate. So,yes it's worth it IMO especially for half the price new.

as long as you mount it in the sump and the water level is constant (by using a baffle or somthing or ato). its about the limit i would use if for though. generally anything over 40 gallon medium load is pushing it with them. it worked alright on my 20h with 10 sump as long as the bio load wasnt very heavy. use some 6lb fishing line on the needle wheel and it will work much better. ive heard of using a airvalve on the tubing to restrict the airflow works good on them as well, ive never tried that though.

rember to keep it clean (usually every month or two) and not to mount it on your display if you like your carpet or floor. at least when it overflows in the sump your floor is saved. $60 is what i paid for mine so for the money its good. if you can score a remora for $60 i would do that. usually there $80 but sometimes you see them cheaper.
