If I added powerbrite leds to my current nova extreme 36watt. I figured I would get about 44 watts with the LEDs. Would two of these led lights added on to my nova extreme be enough for sps/clams. I want something to add to my nova extreme so it is enough for sps to thrive.

Powerbrite LEDs are really more for the actinic effect. They really don't add much power. You could add another nova extreme onto the one you have and that'll be pretty good but not great. Otherwise its halide or pure LED retrofit. The LEDs you want are 3Ws per pop as opposed to the one watt per LED for the powerbrites.

Any other suggestion? I really want something similar to the powerbrites. I dont want a totally new fixture just something to add on. I dont think I have the room for 2 novas. I was thinking of getting 2 of the 50/50 powerbrites.
Thanks

Would a 24in 2 bulb t-5 be good for sps? I would also get giessmann bulbs.

24" T5s would be better. The Powerbrites suffer from horrible spotlighting, especially with the 50/50 units.
