Hey everone,
I dont know why I am supised, but after some regular tank matenence I noticed this odd white things. At first it was 1 in my 29 bio cube. It was far back in the corner and it was the only one i saw. However, i then began to noticed the same type things in my 3. First it was 1 on my clam. Then I found another on a colony of zoas. I was going to grab my knife for some surgery then I thought to post some pictures here to find out what im dealing with. As I was taking the pictures I started to notice more and more of these things.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks, Evan

scrape your glass so you can get a better shot. it looks like it might just be a sponge (if i'm looking at the right thing). Do they look kinda like a pineapple?

Those are sponges, they are harmless filter feeders.

Wont over run anything like the clam? Should I get rid of them?

Nope, they pretty much just add character to the tank

Thanks everyone, now I can rest easy. That is until I find another unknown critter in my tanks.
