There's a tough choice.

My vote is for both salt. Or you could send them to me. :-)

yea maybe a dwarf lion like a fuzzy idk

The min recommended for them is 30. The long means you have the same footprint as a 29 which is what is important as far as fish are concerned.

Ever seen a full grown fuzzy? They're huge. I wouldn't keep one in anything smaller than a 40 breeder with minimal rock in it.

Have you considered selling the tanks and finding something larger used on craigslist? 55 gallons sell for cheap all the time. You could do something predatory on a slim budget with a 55. A cheap HOB skimmer, some cheap powerheads, a heater, a 48" NO T12 shop light. I bet you could do it for under $200 equipment wise, including a tank and stand.

you could always take off 2 side panels. and combine the tank 0_0. but then the tank would need the bottom panel of each cut by about 3/8's. lol. agree if you want something with preds bigger tank=better.

A 30x30x12 would be pretty cool, just have a local glass shop cut you out the 30" square bottom panel and silicone it all up yourself!

I'd say go the display/fuge and get a dwarf angler and some cool macro.

I agree with the sump/fuge and a display will make everything look alot cleaner. And i'll be watching this tank should be a cool little nano.

I kept a dwarf lion in a 20L for quite a while. I only parted with him because I had to take the tank down. I kept a few zoas and shrooms in there to brighten up the tank with plenty of success. I was sumpless, so you'll be in great shape with a sump.

You'll also want to set up a bare bones tank to keep guppies and ghost shrimp. I fed both with good flake before feeding the lion so they had some extra goodness inside them.

do aback to back sort of thing 1 with predortory fish and like just few bits of LR and mabey some hermits or something and a reef on the other side there for u cant negelct 1 cos it's the same system
