I decided to get into the pico hobby and ordered all of my equipment. I picked up the 3 gallon Tom deco kit (w/ light and filter) a mini hydrometer, hydor heater, some dKH buffer and a power head. My question is how much flow is too much for a 3 gallon w/ live sand and rock? I picked up the azoo 600 power head but its minimum flow is 90 gph. Is this too much flow for such a small tank + the power rapids filter? I plan on doing button polyps, maybe a single mushroom and down the road a clown goby. Any help is appreciated, sorry if this is a repeat question (could not find the answer in search / the set up guide).

it should be fine but you will have to test it out with your setup.

I think it would be too much flow, yes.
If it were me, I'd just use the HOB filter and leave it at that.
