Alright so I have had by Biocube 14 up for about 3 weeks and I tested the water with an API test kit and my nitrates read 0. I also had 2 turbo snails, and 3 stomatellas in there for about a week and none have died. I was just wondering if im ready to add fish?

HI,
what about ammonia and nitrites or did you test them in the past? Was the tank cycled with live rock--cured or uncured? If you have obvious life and your CUC is doing fine then I'd say you were ready to add a fish...

Ok, i have live sand, and 80/20 dry rock to live rock ratio. My snails seem happy and healthy. Do i need to test my ammonia and nitrite before i put fish in or is it ok?

Wouldnt hurt to test them just to make sure.
Does the dry rock look like its getting life on it?

It's better to be safe than sorry. I'd test all parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrates, pH) and then if all check out I'd say go for it.
You never specified whether it was cured or uncured live rock.
What kind of fish are you looking to stock?

OK so i took the water the the LFS and they tested it and said i was good for fish. so i picked up 1 true percula clown. Oh and its cured rock and the dry rocks dosent have any algae but i see my pods crawling on it.

Just a piece of advice. Your LFS cannot be trusted they have to earn your trust. In most cases they are only worried about the bottom line....making money.
Anyways congrats! How is everything going so far?
